Lynette Lee - Principal

Lynette has had over forty years experience in teaching ballet and performance. Lynette has trained many dancers who have auditioned and been accepted to dance institues such as the Australian Ballet School, Victorian College of the Arts and the Australian Conservatoire of Ballet studying full time dance. Some of her students have gone further to have professional dancing careers with the Australian Ballet Company as well as international dance companies.

Rachel Roberts - Assistant Principal

Rachel has trained at the ballet school from the age of four years in classical ballet as well as modern and contemporary dance, attaining excellent results in all her examinations through Royal Academy and Borovansky syllabi. Rachel sucessfully auditioned for the Australian Ballet School's associate program, where she also studied for a number of years.  As well as teaching dance, Rachel performs as a freelance dancer on a regular basis.

Alison McIntosh-Deszcz - Classical & Modern Teacher

Alison has been training at the ballet school for ten years studying classical, jazz, character, modern and contemporary dance styles. She has been a teacher at the school for four years since earning her teaching certificate with the AICD. Alison is passoinate about the performing arts, regualrly performing with the Peridot Theatre and the Catchment Players Theatre Company. As well as performing, Alison is currently studying a Music Hounors Degree at Melbourne University.

Ruby Robertson - Classical Teacher

Ruby commenced dance training at the age of six at the ballet school studying classical, jazz, character, modern and contemporary dance styles. Ruby has obtained outstanding results in her AICD Borovansky examinations, receiving the highest mark in Australia for her Intermediate examination. She is currently studying at Melbourne University.

Anne-Aelis Perfrement - French Language Teacher

Anne-Aelis has been studying ballet for 14 years. She is a French-Australian student who has grown up in Melbourne and studied the French curriculum by correspondance, enabling her to remain connected to her French heritage. Through teaching ballet theory at the school she hopes to further her students ballet education and encourage their persual of the language. Anne-Aelis is studying a Bachelor of Science at Melbourne University.
